4. Lower Division Assistant (LDA)

Eligibility Criteria:

# Graduation in any discipline from any recognized University, preferably in Computer Application
# Desirable: Two years experience of working in any higher educational institution.

5. Library Book Arranger (LBA)

No of posts: 2 posts [UR, OBC]
Pay Scale: Rs. 14,000-49,000 + GP 6,200/-

Eligibility Criteria:

# Graduation in any discipline from any recognized University.
# 6 (six) Months Computer Application certificate from any recognised institution.
# Desirable: Two years experience of working in a Library of any higher educational institution.

6. Laboratory Bearer

No of posts: 1 post [UR]
Pay Scale: Rs. 12,000-37,500 + GP 4,400/-

Eligibility Criteria:

# Must be Class-VIII Passed and not above Class-XII (HSSLC).
# Must have knowledge in operating Photocopier Machine.
# Desirable: 2 (Two) years experience in handling laboratory equipments and computers in higher education institutions.

7. Peon

No of posts: 4 posts [STP, STH, SC, EWS]

Pay Scale: Rs. 12,000-37,500 + GP 4,400/-

Eligibility Criteria:

# Must be Class–VIII Passed and not above Class-XII (HSSLC).
# Must be physically fit with sound health to send documents/ files to various Offices within the University as well as outside the campus, etc.
# Must have knowledge in operating Photocopier Machine.
# Must know driving (both two-wheeler and four-wheeler).

Age Limit (Posts 4 to 7): Applicants should not be above 40 years for UR, 42 years for OBC/MOBC and 43 years for SC/ST for as on 01.07.2023. The age limit of the candidates will be calculated on the basis of date of birth available in the Matriculation/HSLC Admit Card or Pass Certificate issued by a recognized Central/State Board/Council and no other document shall be accepted in lieu of the mentioned documents.

Additional Requirements for KBVSAS University Nalbari Recruitment

Citizenship: Applicants must hold Indian citizenship.

Medical Fitness: Candidates must possess sound mental and physical health. A certificate, signed by the District Medical Officer or Registered Medical Officer of the Government of Assam, attesting to their medical fitness, should be provided by individuals appointed as Assistant Professors prior to joining.

Character Certificate: Applicants applying for the position of Assistant Professor, who are not currently employed, should include a certificate of good character from the head of the institution they last attended or served.

Application Fee:

Positions 1 to 3: The UR category applicants are required to pay an application processing fee of Rs. 2000/- (Rupees Two Thousand) only, while reserved category applicants must pay Rs. 1000/- (Rupees One Thousand) only. The application fees are non-refundable.

Positions 4 to 7: The UR category applicants need to pay an application processing fee of Rs. 500/- (Rupees Five Hundred) only, whereas reserved category applicants are required to pay Rs. 250/- (Rupees Two Hundred Fifty) only. The application fees are non-refundable.

2. Click on the Online Application Form link.
3. A new webpage will open where you need to enter your personal and educational details as required.
4. Upload your passport-sized photograph, signature, and other necessary documents.
5. Proceed to pay the application fee according to your category and then click on the submit button.
6. Remember to take a printout of the submitted application form for future reference.

After completing the online application, prepare two sets of the application form, CV, and supporting documents. Place them in an inner envelope and mention the Advertisement Number on it. Then, put the inner envelope in an outer envelope and address it to the following destination:
