Detailed Eligibility Criteria
1. Post Graduate Teachers (PGT)
- Academic: Master’s Degree in the relevant subject with at least 50% marks.
- Professional: Mandatory B.Ed. degree from a recognized university.
- Desirable: Proficiency in teaching in both Hindi and English media.
2. Trained Graduate Teachers (TGT)
- Academic: Bachelor’s degree with 50% marks in the concerned subject/combination.
- Maths: Maths in all years with any two of Physics, Chemistry, CS, Stats, or Electronics.
- Hindi/English: Respective subject in all three years of graduation.
- Professional: Mandatory B.Ed. and preference for CTET qualified candidates.
3. Primary Teacher (PRT)
- Qualification: 10+2 with 50% marks + JBT/D.El.Ed/B.El.Ed. OR Graduation with 50% marks and B.Ed.
- Requirement: Priority will be given to candidates who have cleared the CTET (Primary Stage).
4. Language & Specialized Instructors
- Assamese & Bodo: Graduation in the respective language (all 3 years) with 50% marks + B.Ed.
- Computer Instructor: B.E/B.Tech (CS), BCA, MCA, M.Sc (CS/IT), or PGDCA with a Post Graduate degree.
- Yoga/Sports: Graduation in any subject with a Degree/Diploma in Yoga or Physical Education (for Sports).
