Eligibility Criteria:

Grade-III:

Candidates with any graduation degree and a Computer Diploma/Certificate of at least 6 months duration are eligible.

Grade-IV & Library Bearer:

Minimum qualification is Class VIII passed.

Age Limit:

Below 40 years, with relaxation as per Government rules.

Selection Procedure:

For Grade-III Post:

1. Conducting a written examination (objective type) with a weightage of 60 marks.
2. Organizing a Computer Test of 20 marks for candidates passing the written exam (as determined by the committee).
3. Including English and Assamese Typing, Excel, Tally, etc., in the Computer test.
4. Final selection based on cumulative marks obtained in the written and computer tests.

For Grade-IV Post:

1. Conducting a written examination (objective type) with a weightage of 50 marks.
2. Holding a Viva (interview) for 5 marks among the candidates excelling in the written test (up to 5 candidates against 1 Post).
