Nalbari Medical College Recruitment 2025 – Eligibility Criteria
1. Required Background
- Candidate must be a retired Assam Financial Service (AFS) Officer.
- If retired AFS officers are unavailable, the following categories will also be considered:
- Retired Assam Accounts Service officers
- Retired Assam Audit Service officers
- Candidates from these additional services will be designated as Accounts Advisor.
2. Age Limit
- Minimum: 60 years
- Maximum: 64 years
3. Documents Required
Applicants must bring all original documents related to their government service, such as:
- Service book
- Retirement order
- Pension documents
- Identity proof
- Experience records
Duties and Responsibilities of Financial Advisor / Accounts Advisor
Financial Management
- Preparation and management of budget, procurement, and vetting of sanctions
- Ensuring financial compliance and responding to audit observations
- Handling administrative matters related to service, pension, and leave
Project Monitoring
- Monitoring ongoing GoA/GoI funded schemes and projects
Fee Collection & Management
- Overseeing collection and proper management of institutional fees of the College & Hospital
Salary / Remuneration
- Salary will be calculated as per the “Last Pay Minus Pension” formula
- As per Circular No. DME/Estt/643395/5 dated 09.07.2025
- Payment will be made monthly from the Hospital Management Society, Nalbari Medical College
