The Prime Minister’s National Apprenticeship Mela 2022 was on Wednesday hosted here at Government ITI Poonch witnessing the participation of hundreds of unemployed youth, owners of business establishments and Industrial units from across the district. They also got themselves registered on the National Apprenticeship Portal (NAPS). The Principal Secretary Skill Development and Director Skill Development J&K interacted with the participants through video conferencing.

Apprenticeship Mela Registration Process
Apprenticeship Mela 12 September 2022 : Under the Pradhan Mantri National Apprenticeship Mela, apprenticeship fair is being organized on 12 September 2022 at 200+ locations across India and keep in mind that Apprenticeship Mela is not happening on 12 September in some places like Bihar , West Bengal etc. , It is necessary to register before going to the Apprenticeship Mela. Registration has to be done at 2 places for Apprenticeship Mela.
How to Register PM National Apprenticeship Mela, 14 November 2022
1. Main landing page of Apprenticeship Mela using the link: https://dgt.gov.in/appmela/
2. For registration of Apprentices, go to Registration menu and click on ‘Candidate Registration’.
3. On clicking ‘Candidate Registration’, a new page will load where the particular apprentice needs to register. The candidate needs to fill all the details in the form to complete the registration process.
4. On successful registration, an automated e-mail is sent to the e-mail id of the candidate.
Establishment Registration
1. For registration of Establishment, go to Registration menu and click on ‘Establishment Registration’.
2. On clicking ‘Establishment Registration’, a new page will load where the particular establishment needs to register. The establishment needs to fill all the details in the form to complete the registration process.
3. On successful registration, an automated e-mail is sent to the e-mail id of the Establishment.
NODAL LOGIN
1. For coordinator login, go to ‘Login’ menu and click on ‘Login for Nodal’.
2. On clicking ‘Login for Nodal’, a new page will load where the particular nodal needs to login. The nodal needs to fill the username, password and captcha to login. By default, the username and password is provided for the state and RDSDE for a respective state send through the email.
3. On entering the correct username and password, the dashboard will look like as follows:
4. You can select a particular district and then click on ‘Filter’ Button.
5. Entering a particular district will show the ‘Students Registered’, ‘Total Establishment’ and ‘Total ‘Vacancies’.
6. Click on ‘Click here to see dashboard for entire state’ button to dashboard for the entire state at one glance.
7. You can add the district where Mela is going to conduct after clicking the “Manage Mela Districts”. It is going to update per month as per the selections of the Districts where appmela is going to conduct.
8. If you want to fill the “Mela Center” details then click on the “Manage Mela Center” where you would find the “Fill Mela Center” and the “View Mela Center” options.
9. You can click on the “Fill Mela Center” option from the left panel to add the “Mela Center Location” details.
10. State Name will come by default for a particular Nodal login and you can update the district names as per the selection made from the drop-down option at a time.
11. You can update the “Type of Mela Center” at a time from the drop-down option.
12. You can add the “Name of Mela Center” and “Apprentice Mela Location” appropriately where appmela is going to conduct in a particular district.
13. You can view the added Mela center details after clicking on the left side panel option “View Mela Center”.
14. You can view the Mela Center details after selecting the district from the drop-down option and then clicking on filter option.
15. A nodal has the right to ‘edit’ and ‘delete’ the Mela Center details
16. Under the ‘Manage Vacancy’ details, you can ‘Add Vacancy Details’ and ‘View Vacancy Details’.
17. State Name comes by default for a particular Nodal and you have to select a particular district for that state from the drop-down menu and enter the establishment name.
18. You can select a particular trade (Whether Designated, Optional) or( Boat Degree Course) at a time using the selection made through a radio-button and then enter the number of vacancy in the Vacancy labelled field.
19. After the successful submission, it will shows you a message on the screen as:
20. You can Edit and View the vacancy details from the ‘View Vacancy details’ option under the ‘Manage Vacancy’ shows on the left-side panel.
21. You have to choose the district name for which you want to view or edit the ‘Vacancy Details’ and after that click on ‘Filter’ button.
22. After the selection you can view, edit or delete the appropriate details of the vacancy added.
23. You can Add the coordinator details that means you have to first register a particular coordinator so that he/she can view the vacancy details and to do so you have to select the ‘Add Coordinator’ option which is under ‘Manage Coordinator’ on the left-hand side panel.
24. You can select the type of coordinator from the drop-down ata time and since some coordinators are present in various districts so you can register those coordinators for those districts repectively.
25. You can view the coordinators of a particular district after clicking the ‘View All Coordinators’ after clicking the ‘Coordinator Section’ so that you can view, edit or delete them based on the appmela center locations.
26. You can select the district from the drop-down menu after clicking on filter option for that particular district coordinators can be view, edit or delete.
27. After clicking the filter option coordinator details can be found.
28. You can click on ‘Show students Data’ menu on Left side of dashboard to get the information of the students registered in a particular district.
29. Select the district from the drop-down menu.
30. On clicking ‘Filter’ button, the information of students registered will look as follows:

31. You can click on ‘Establishment Data’ menu on Left side of dashboard to get the information of the establishments registered in a particular district.

34. The profile of the ‘Nodal’ can be seen by clicking on ‘Profile’ under ‘Account Setting’ menu on left-side of the menu. If any details need to be updated, please fill grievance form. The details will be updated from the backend.
35. The password of the ‘Coordinator’ login can be changed by clicking on ‘Change Password’ under ‘Account Setting’ menu on left-side of the menu.
