Detailed Eligibility Criteria

1. Senior Programme Manager (1 Post)

• Qualification: PG Diploma in Public Health Administration / PGDM (2 years) / MBA in HR from an AICTE recognized institute.
• Experience: More than 15 years in the Government sector with exposure to national/state missions.
• Preference: Experience in the Health/Ayush sector and high computer proficiency.

2. Domain Expert-Public Health (8 Posts)

• Qualification: BAMS/BUMS/BHMS/BSMS/BYNS plus a Master’s in Public Health (MPH) or PG Diploma in Public Health Administration.
• Experience: Minimum 05 years of working experience in Government or Private sectors.

3. Senior & Junior Consultants (6 Posts)

• Senior Consultant: Bachelor’s degree in Ayush stream (BAMS/BHMS, etc.) with 07 years of experience in public health programs.
• Junior Consultant: Bachelor’s degree in Ayush stream with 05 years of experience.

4. Finance & Accounts Manager (2 Posts)

• Finance Manager: MBA-Finance/M.Com/ICWA/CA with 05 years of experience in govt accounting and funds flow management.
• Accounts Manager: MBA-Finance/M.Com/ICWA(Inter)/CA(Inter) with 03 years of experience and knowledge of Tally.

5. Data Assistant (3 Posts)

• Qualification: MBA-IT / MCA / M.Sc.-IT / BCA.
• Experience: 03 years in a govt or reputed organization with expertise in MS Excel and Access.
