1. Community and Communication Development Specialist
No. of post: 01 (DPMU Hailakandi)
Age limit: 40 years (as on 01.01.2017)
Salary: Rs. 5.04 Lakh per annum.
Education Qualifications:
>> Graduate / Post Graduate / Degree in Social Science / Social welfare / Rural Development.
>> 03 years of relevant experience with strong communication skills in English, Hindi and Local Language.
2. Sanitation Specialist
No. of post: 01 (DPMU Hailakandi)
Age limit: 40 years (as on 01.01.2017)
Salary: Rs. 5.04 Lakh per annum.
Education Qualifications:
>> Master degree in engineering, social science, environmental science, water and sanitation, or a related field.
>> 03 years of professional development experience in the WASH sector and significant project management experience in the relevant field with with strong communication skills in English, Hindi and Local Language.
3. Project Engineer

Education Qualifications:
>> Graduate in Civil engineering.
>> 01 year of relevant post qualification experience preferably in design, supervision, project management in any infrastructure sector.
>> Experience of working in water supply sector will be an additional qualification.
>> Experience in project management software packages like prim-avers.
>> MS-project will be added advantage.
>> Strong communication skills in English, Hindi and Local Language.
4. H.R. Executive

Education Qualifications:
>> MBA (HR).
>> 01 year experience in staffing, recruiting, conducting interviews, HRM etc.

>> Diploma in Computer application and diploma in computer typing is desirable.
