> Age : Up to 62 years (Relaxable for suitable candidates)

>> Training Consultant , SIHFW

> Essential : MD/DNB (Gynecology & Obstetrics)

> Desirable: Degree/ Diploma in Public Health Management.

> Experience : Minimum 5 Years experience in teaching and training of Health Professional.

> 3 years experience in Programme Management at National/ State or district leveling the field of MCH/ O&G and Monitoring and evolution of programme.

> For retired person upto the age of 62 years retired as senior faculty member in Department of O&G in Medical College or as senior specialist in O&G from a hospital preferably with Public Health or Health Administration background.

>> Consultant (Pediatric & Neonatal Service), SIHFW

> MBBS with Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Pediatrics from a Govt. recognized Medical College and registered with Assam Medical Council.

> Desirable : Degree/ Diploma in Public Health Management.

> Experience : Minimum 5 years experience in teaching and training of health professionals.

> Age: Up to 62 years

>> State Consultant (Quality Assurance)

> MBBS/Dental/AYUSH/Nursing graduate preferably with Masters in Hospital Administration/ Health Management (MHA-full time or equivalent) with 5 years experience in Public Health/ Hospital Administration, out of which, at least 3 years work in the field of quality in health care would be desirable. Training and experience of implementing a recognized quality system like NABH/ISO 9001:2008 /Six Sigma / Lean/Kaizen / NQAS or equivalent would be preferred.

> Age : Up to 62 years.

>> State Coordinator (State Blood Cell)

> Master’s Degree in Management Sciences/ Health Management.

> Knowledge of logistics/ Statistics, Social Work and human resource.

> 4 years’ experience in Blood Services.

> Strong Communication and documentation skills in English.

> Experience in Govt. Sectors (PSU), Social Sector will be preferred.

> Age : Up to 62 years.

>> Consultant (RKSK)

> Post Graduate Degree in Sociology/ Social Work/ Home Science/ Women Studies/ Public Health from Govt. recognized institution.

> Minimum 5 years experience in relevant field.

> CA/ICWA/MBA (Finance)/ M.Com with 1 year experience in financial and accounting matters.

> Knowledge of dealing administrative matters.

>> Procurement and Supply Chain Management Consultant, NVBDCP

> Graduate in any discipline with Post Graduate Diploma in Material Management/ Supply Chain Management/ Logistic Management.

> Minimum of 7 years of experience in procurement and knowledge of procurement rules of State/ Central Government/ PSU

> Age should not be above 43 years and should be ready to travel extensively.

> Short Hand Speed = 80 WPM

> A technical person with 1 Year diploma in hearing language and speech (DHLS) from a RCI recognized institute. The audiometric assistant will provide support to CHC in screening of HI persons.

> Diploma in training young deaf and hearing handicapped (DTYDHH) from RCI recognized institute to look after the therapy and training of the young hearing impaired children at the district level
