Notice for Skill Test and Interview for 50 posts of Staff Nurses at Cancer Hospital, GMCH under NHM, Assam

It is for information to all the candidates who have applied for the 50 posts of Staff Nurse under Health-B, H&FW Dept, Assam in response to the advertisement No. DME/CH/187/Pt-III/158-63 dated 05-01-2017 and Re-Advertisement vide No. DME/CH/187/Pt-III/533 dated 11-01-2017, that the schedule of Skill Test and Interview for the shortlisted candidates has been fixed as below:

Reporting Time : 9:30 AM

Time of Skill Test & Interview : 10.00 AM onwards

The candidates shall bring all relevant testimonials
supporting the information submitted in the online application along with a set
of self-attested photocopies for attending the Skill Test and Interview:

a. 10th /
Matric Admit Card and Pass Certificate

b. GNM
Course Pass Certificate with Marksheet.

c.
Registration Certificate under the Assam Nurses’ Midwives’ & Health
Visitors’ Council, Six Mile Guwahati.

d.
Certificate(s) with Marksheet for higher academic qualification like

B.Sc.(Nursing),
M.Sc.(Nursing), etc.

e.
Certificates of Specialized Training like Anaesthesia, ICU, etc. (if any)

f.
Experience Certificate of working under NHM, Assam or any other health
programme under Health & Family Welfare Department, Assam.

g. Caste
Certificate for OBC / MOBC / SC / ST(P) / ST(H) candidates.

h.
Disability Certificate from competent authority (if applicable)

i. Valid
Employment Exchange Registration Number / Card.

j. Any
other relevant document.

Shortlisting of candidates have been done based on the information
provided by the candidates in the online application and is subject to
verification of documents at the time of skill test and interview. Candidature
of any candidate may be cancelled if the candidate does not produce the
supporting documents against the information submitted in the online
application.

Candidates are requested to visit website www.nrhmassam.in for the lists of Shortlisted and Not Shortlisted candidates and Instructions for the Skill Test & Interview. Candidates shall check for their names for Roll Number and Date of Skill Test & Interview accordingly. No separate call letters will be issued to the shortlisted candidates for attending the Skill Test & Interview. Candidates shall bring all original testimonials (including all academic, caste certificate, experience certificate, etc.) with a set of self-attested photocopies of the testimonials to appear the interview. 

In case any of the candidates who could not submit the Assam Nurses’ Midwives’ and Health Visitors’ Council Registration at the time of Online Application and are NOT SHORTLISTED, can submit their Assam Nurses’ Midwives’ and Health Visitors’ Council Registration details with relevant documents within 7th March 2017 at the HRD Cell, NHM Assam, Guwahati, Assam for shortlisting for the Skill Test & Interview.
