This is for information of all candidates under the category of persons with benchmark disability (PwBD) for the written examination to be conducted by the State Level Recruitment Commission for Class IV Posts.

All such candidates of PwBD who are eligible to use the facility of Scribe/Reader as per the provisions of Law and further desire to use the facility of Scribe/Reader are required to submit a letter of undertaking in the prescribed format of ‘Letter of Undertaking for Using Own Scribe’ to the Deputy Commissioner of the District of which he or she is a domicile/resident or the Deputy Commissioner of the District in which the candidate has been allotted an examination centre before the scheduled date of examination.
