NRC Assam Additional Exclusion List & Hearing Check Online

An Additional Exclusion List to Draft N RC will be published at 10:00 AM on 26″ June, 2019 containing ONLY the names of those persons who figured in the Complete Draft NRC published on 30h July, 2018 but are subsequently found ineligible for inclusion on account of being:

1. Ineligible found during verification carried out under Clause 4(3) of the Schedule due to any reason including DV (Doubtful Voter) or DF (Declared Foreigner) or PFT (persons with cases Pending at Foreigners Tribunals) or their descendants, as applicable, discovered after publication of Draft NRC.
2. Ineligible found while appearing as witness in hearings held for disposal of Claims & Objections.

The Draft Additional List will be published for public view as follows (During office hours):
1. At Designated NRC Seva Kendra (NSK)
2. At Office of the Deputy Commissioner/ SDO (Civil)/ Circle Officer where the Additional List for the village(s)/ward(s) will be available in a consolidated manner.
3. For online viewing, the Complete Draft NRC viewing link in the NRC website www.nrcassam.nic.in to be clicked. Those persons whose Draft Status will change to exclusion by Additional List will be highlighted therein as “Excluded in Additional List” (Starting 10:00 AM on 261 June, 2019). Those persons already included in Draft NRC published on 30th July, 2018 and not getting affected by Additional List will continue to be displayed as before.

Last date of Claim: 11th July 2019 12 July 2019 

This additional exclusion list of NRC Assam includes the names of those persons who have been considered ineligible for inclusion in the final NRC. Individuals who will be excluded will be informed personally through their letter of information (LOI) at their residential address. They have the opportunity to claim their name in the final NRC, so they have to submit an application in their NSK within the 11 July 2019.

How to Download NRC Final List Assam

In the NRC Assam 30-08-2018, the final or complete draft of Assam was successfully released in both online and offline ways, all the applicants are able to check their details at the nearest NSK (NRC service center). Final and original NRC Assam will be published after objections, claims and corrections collection and verification. The deadline for submitting your claims and objections is 28 September 2018.
