Detailed Eligibility Criteria for NTPC EET Recruitment
1. Educational Qualification
- Degree: Full-time Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology (B.E./B.Tech) or AMIE.
- Minimum Marks: At least 65% aggregate marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates).
- Mandatory Requirement: Candidates must have appeared for GATE 2025 in the respective discipline.
2. Qualifying Disciplines
- Electrical: Electrical, Electrical & Electronics, Power Systems & High Voltage, Power Engineering.
- Mechanical: Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engg, Thermal, Mechanical & Automation.

Selection Process
