Educational Qualification & Experience Required for NVS Shillong Positions:

(i) Post Graduate Teachers (PGTs)

Essential:

👉A Master’s degree from a recognized University in the relevant subject with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks.
B.Ed. Degree.
👉Proficiency in teaching in both Hindi and English Medium.

Desirable:

Age Limit

Upper age limit for all categories of teachers is 50 years as on 1st July, 2023. For Ex-NVS/Superannuated Govt. School Teachers maximum age limit will be 62 years as on 1st July, 2023.
