Essential Qualifications

To be eligible for the position of Contractual Assistant Operator – Road Roller, you must meet the following criteria:

1. Educational Requirement: You should have passed Class 10 from a Government Recognized Education Board. Education is the foundation of success, and we believe in it.
2. Driving License: A valid driving license for the operation of Road Rollers, Excavators, Vibratory Soil Compactors, or Asphalt Compactors issued by the Government of Assam/Arunachal Pradesh is mandatory. Safety on the job is our priority.
3. Work Experience: You must have a minimum of 03 (three) years of post-qualification work experience as an Operator or Assistant Operator of Road Rollers, Excavators, Vibratory Soil Compactors, or Asphalt Compactors. Experience is the key to efficiency.

Emoluments

We understand that you work hard, and your compensation should reflect that. Here’s what you can expect:

• Fixed Emolument: You’ll receive a fixed emolument of Rs. 16,640.00 (Rupees Sixteen Thousand and Six Hundred and Forty) per month based on attendance, including paid leave and holidays, if any.
• Variable Emolument: In addition to the fixed emolument, you’ll also receive Rs. 640.00 (Rupees Six Hundred and Forty) per day for each working day. Your dedication deserves to be rewarded.
