How
to apply:

1.
Applications must be accompanied with attested copies of all relevant documents
/ testimonials in support of the educational and other qualifications including
experiences.

2. There
must be 3 (Three) Copies of duly signed passport sized photographs which should
invariably be accompanied with the applications.

3. One
self-addressed envelope of 5 cm x 11 cms affixing postal stamp of Rs. 5/-
(Five) only is to be enclosed with the application, including applicants under
quota of ST(P) and SC with their certificates.
