Job Description

As a Junior Executive – Plant HR at Cool Caps Industries Ltd, you will be responsible for managing all human resources functions within the plant and manufacturing facility. Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Overseeing the recruitment and selection processes, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and selecting the best fit for the workforce.
  2. Building and maintaining positive employee relations, addressing concerns, and handling disciplinary actions or grievances.

  4. Administering compensation and benefits programs, including salary benchmarking, attendance management, and employee benefits administration.
  5. Ensuring compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulations related to employee health and safety.
  6. Identifying training needs, designing development programs, and organizing training sessions and workshops.
  7. Handling HR administration tasks, maintaining employee records, preparing HR reports, and managing documentation.
  8. Supporting organizational changes, such as restructuring or process improvements, by managing HR aspects and facilitating change initiatives.
  9. Fostering a positive work environment, promoting employee engagement, and contributing to the plant’s goals and objectives through strategic HR practices.

Qualifications and Requirements
