Job Description
As a Junior Executive – Plant HR at Cool Caps Industries Ltd, you will be responsible for managing all human resources functions within the plant and manufacturing facility. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Fostering a positive work environment, promoting employee engagement, and contributing to the plant’s goals and objectives through strategic HR practices.
Qualifications and Requirements
