Job Description
As a Duty Manager at PVR INOX Limited, your key responsibilities will include:
- Handling day-to-day operations, including opening and closing shifts.
- Monitoring and controlling various aspects, such as product and service quality, customer satisfaction, merchandising and marketing, operating costs, and sanitation.
- Conducting daily briefings and setting targets/goals for the shift, striving to achieve them.
- Ensuring staff grooming and discipline.
- Preparing the weekly roster for the team.
- Introducing new methods to minimize transaction time at the box office and concessions.
- Conducting operation training for the team to enhance job performance and productivity.
- Providing coaching to ensure adherence to operation standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Qualifications and Requirements
To be considered for the position of Duty Manager, you should meet the following criteria:
- Education: Graduation or 3-year diploma in Hotel Management.
- Willingness to work in shifting schedules.
- Experience: 1-2 years in the cinema or food and beverage industry.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
