Result for Barber and Cobbler under Civil Defence and Home Guards, Assam

The following candidates for the post of Barber and Cobbler under the Directorate of Civil Defence and Home Guards, Assam, Beltola, Guwahati- 28 published vide advertisement No. CG.43/2013/PT/44 dtd. 14th September, 2016 (Janasanyog/4175/16) are hereby informed to appear in the physical screening test / Medical, physical efficiency test / trade test to be held on 25-04-2017 (for Barber) and 26.04.2017 (for Cobbler) from 8:00 AM onward at Central Training Institue, Civil Defence & Home Guards , Panikhaiti, Guwahati-26 as per following terms and conditions.

1. No TA / DA is admissible.

2. The tests will be started from 8:00 AM onwards.

3. The call letter with your Roll No. which is already sent by post is your admit card for the Physical screening test / Physical efficiency test / Trade test.

4. Bring the call letter to the test venue along with original supporting documents relating to age, caste, educational qualification etc. and proof of identity. (PAN card or Voter ID or Passport or Adhar Card or Driving Licence or Bank / Post Office Pass Book etc.)

5. No candidate will be allowed to enter into the test arena before 8:00 AM and after 10:00 AM.

6. Candidates will come well prepared for the physical screening test / physical efficiency test / trade test. Department of CD&HG will not be liable for any injury or other casualty suffered by a candidate during the test.

7. Fake documents / false information / misrepresentation of facts shall lead to rejection when detected, even after selection. Submission of fake documents shall make the candidate liable to face criminal proceeding.

Individual call letters have already been issued and send to the candidates through post. If any candidate does not receive his call letter, he may collect the duplicate call letter from the office of the undersigned on 24.04.2017 during office hours on production of proof of identity. Candidates may also visit our departmental website www.dgcdassam.org to get information on list of eligible candidates for appearing in the above test.
