Eligibility: 

1. Candidate should be a Graduate. However, preference will be given to Commerce graduate.

2. Should have at least 05 years of work experience in handling office related matters in a Tea Garden.

3. Adequate knowledge of Computer operation is essential, preference will be given to a diploma holder in computer operation.

4. Adequate knowledge of English, MS-Word & Excel are essential.

5. All criteria remaining equal, preference will be given to a candidate from Tea Community.

6. Selection will be done through Screening, Written test & personal interview.
