RRB Group D Recruitment 2026: The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has announced a massive employment opportunity for the year 2026. The official notification for the RRB Group D Recruitment 2026 (Level-1 Posts) has been released, aiming to fill approximately 22195  vacancies across various zones of the Indian Railways.

Eligibility Criteria for RRB Group D

1. Educational Qualification

• Essential: Candidates must have passed Class 10th (High School/Matriculation) from a recognized Board/Institution.
• OR: Candidates holding a National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) granted by NCVT.
• OR: Candidates with an ITI (Industrial Training Institute) certificate in relevant trades.

2. Age Limit (As on 01.01.2026)

• Minimum Age: 18 Years
• Maximum Age: 33 Years

Age Relaxation:

• OBC (NCL): 3 Years
• SC / ST: 5 Years
• PwBD / Ex-Servicemen: As per Govt Rules.

RRB Group D Recruitment 2026 Application Fees

Candidates are required to pay the application fee via online mode (Net Banking, Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI).

Selection Process

The recruitment process for RRB Group D involves four stages. Candidates must clear each stage to proceed to the next.

1. Computer Based Test (CBT): The written exam covering Science, Maths, Reasoning, and General Awareness.
2. Physical Efficiency Test (PET):
   • Male: Lift 35kg for 100m in 2 mins & Run 1000m in 4 min 15 sec.
   • Female: Lift 20kg for 100m in 2 mins & Run 1000m in 5 min 40 sec.
3. Document Verification (DV): Verification of original certificates.
4. Medical Examination: Candidates must meet the medical standards (A2, B1, B2, C1) prescribed for specific posts.
