RRB NTPC Admit Card 2025: The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has officially activated the link for the City Intimation Slip for the Graduate Level Computer-Based Aptitude Test (CBAT). Candidates who have successfully qualified in the previous CBT stages for the RRB NTPC Recruitment 2024-25 can now check their exam city and date.
This recruitment drive aims to fill a total of 11,558 vacancies, split between Under Graduate (12th Pass) and Graduate level posts. Currently, the focus is on the 8,113 Graduate Level posts (such as Station Master and Traffic Assistant) entering the skill test/CBAT phase. The Admit Card/Hall Ticket will be available for download 4 days prior to the exam date.

How to Check RRB NTPC City Intimation & Download Admit Card?
The City Intimation Slip is not the Admit Card. It is provided in advance to help candidates make travel arrangements. Follow these steps to access your details:
- Visit the Official Portal: Go to the official website rrbapply.gov.in or your respective Regional RRB website.
- Find the Link: Look for the notification titled “Click here to view City Intimation Slip for NTPC Graduate Level CBAT”.
- Login: Enter your Registration Number and Date of Birth (Password).
- View Details: Your Exam City, State, and Date will be displayed on the screen.
- Download Admit Card: The actual Hall Ticket download link will activate 4 days before your scheduled exam date on the same dashboard.
- Print: Save the PDF and take a clear printout for the exam day.

Vacancy Details & Eligibility
The RRB NTPC recruitment is divided into two levels based on educational qualification.
1. Graduate Level Posts (8,113 Vacancies)
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university.
- Posts Included: Station Master, Goods Guard, Senior Commercial cum Ticket Clerk, Senior Clerk cum Typist, Junior Account Assistant cum Typist, Traffic Assistant.
2. Undergraduate / 12th Pass Level Posts (3,445 Vacancies)
- Qualification: 12th Class (+2 Stage) pass.
- Posts Included: Junior Clerk cum Typist, Accounts Clerk cum Typist, Junior Time Keeper, Trains Clerk, Commercial cum Ticket Clerk.
Age Limit:
- Generally 18 to 33 years for 12th Level and 18 to 36 years for Graduate level (as on 01.01.2025). Age relaxation applies to reserved categories as per rules.
Selection Process
The selection procedure for RRB NTPC is rigorous and involves multiple stages:
- 1st Stage Computer Based Test (CBT-1): Common for all posts.
- 2nd Stage Computer Based Test (CBT-2): Separate for different pay levels.
- Typing Skill Test (TST): For Clerk and Typist posts.
- Computer Based Aptitude Test (CBAT): For Station Master and Traffic Assistant.
- Document Verification (DV): Checking original certificates.
- Medical Examination: Ensuring fitness standards are met.
Application Fee
- General / OBC / EWS: Rs. 500/- (Refundable amount deducted after appearing in CBT).
