1. Assistant Professor

• Chemistry: 03 [(OBC/MOBC-1 Roster point32: UR-1 Roster point-33: UR (PWD) -1 Roster Point34)]
• Botany: 03 [(ST(P)-1 Roster point-35 : SC-1 Roster point-36: OBC/ MOBC-1 Roster Point-37)]
• Zoology: 03 [(UR-1 Roster point-38 : OBC/MOBC-1 Roster point39: UR-1 Roster Point-40)]
• Mathematics: 03 [(UR-2 Roster point- 41 & 42: OBC/MOBC-1 Roster Point-43)]

Salary: UGC pay scale of Rs. 57,700/- -1,82,400/-with other allowances as per rule of Assam Government

Required Eligibility:

• Educational Qualification and the selection procedure will be as per Govt. office memorandum No. AHE.239/ 2021/68, dated: 24.01.2022 with NET/SLET/SET as mandatory eligibility condition. Candidates having Ph. D degree in accordance with the UGC (minimum standard and procedure for award of Ph. D degree regulations, 2009) are exempted from the requirements of the minimum eligibility condition of NET/ SLET/SET. Candidates should not be more than 38 (Thirty Eight) years of age on 01.01.2022 with relaxation as per Govt. norms for SC/ST/OBC/ MOBC/PWD candidates.

2. Laboratory Assistant

No of Posts: 01 Posts [1 (One) Post-ST (P) Roster Point-5]

Required Eligibility: 

• Graduate in Arts/Science/ Commerce with a Diploma/ Certificate Course of Computer Operation.

3. Laboratory Bearer

No of Posts: 04 Posts [ST (P)-1 Roster Point-5: OBC/MOBC-1 Roster Point-6: UR-1 Roster Point-7: SC-1 Roster Point 8]

Required Eligibility: HSLC or equivalent examination passed

Age: Upper Age limit 38 years for Assistant Professor and 40 years for Grade III & IV as on 1st January 2022 with relaxation as per existing govt guidelines.
