Samagra Shiksha Axom is looking for individuals who can handle high-pressure mission-mode projects, including World Bank and Externally Aided Projects (EAP). Read the strict eligibility guidelines below:
1. Procurement Specialist
💰 Salary: Rs. 1,20,000/- to Rs. 1,50,000/- PMTotal Posts: 01 (One)
Educational Qualification:Engineering or Commerce graduate holding an MBA or Master’s degree / Post Graduate Diploma (minimum 2 years duration) in any discipline from a recognized university.
Mandatory Experience:- Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience specifically in project procurement and contract management.
- Experience with procurement rules of the World Bank or Externally Aided Projects (EAP).
- Proven ability to prepare procurement plans, bid documents, and evaluation reports as per Bank SBDs.
- Technical Skills: Hands-on ability to upload bids on the GeM portal and Assam e-tenders.
- Legal Knowledge: Deep understanding of GFR, Assam Public Procurement Act 2017, and CVC Guidelines.
2. Quality Expert [Quality and Pedagogy]
💰 Pay Scale: Rs. 30,000 – 1,10,000 + GP Rs. 13,300Total Posts: 01 (One)
Educational Qualification:- Postgraduate degree in Child Development / ECCE / Psychology / Education / Social Sciences from a recognized university.
- Mandatory B.Ed. degree.
- Preference: Candidates with additional Degree/Diploma in pre-primary education from reputed national organizations.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in development or social sector projects.
- Ability to work in mission-mode initiatives. Prior experience in early childhood care/education projects is a major advantage.
- Proven expertise in MS Office for professional reporting.
