Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

Candidates must hold a graduation degree from a recognized University or possess an equivalent qualification recognized by the Central Government as of 31st December 2023.

Final Year Students:

Aspiring candidates in their final year/semester of graduation can apply provisionally. However, they must provide proof of passing the graduation examination by or before 31st December 2023, if selected for an interview.

Selection Process of SBI Recruitment

The SBI Recruitment Selection Process for Junior Associate (Customer Support & Sales) is a comprehensive multi-stage evaluation to ensure the selection of competent candidates for this role.

Preliminary Examination Details

The Online Preliminary Exam assesses candidates through Objective Tests totaling 100 marks, conducted online within a duration of 1 hour. It encompasses three sections:

  • English Language: 30 questions in 20 minutes
  • Numerical Ability: 35 questions in 20 minutes
  • Reasoning Ability: 35 questions in 20 minutes

Negative Marking

There’s a penalty for wrong answers; 1/4th of the mark assigned to a question will be deducted for each incorrect response. No specified minimum qualifying marks for individual tests or aggregate scores are outlined.

Main Examination Structure
