Eligibility Criteria of SBI Recruitment 2021 

1. Relationship Manager

Educational Qualification: Graduates from Government recognized universities or institutions.

Experience: Post-qualification experience of minimum 3 Years as a Relationship Manager in Wealth Management with leading Public/ Private/ Foreign Banks/ Broking/ Security firms. The candidate should have adequate experience in building and managing relationships with High-Net-worth Clients (having a minimum Total Relationship Value (TRV) of Rs 20.00 Lakh).

Age Limit: 23- 35 years as of 01.08.2021.

2. Relationship Manager (Team Lead)

Educational Qualification: Graduates from Government recognized universities or institutions.

1. Experience:
   Post qualification experience of minimum 8 years in relationship management in wealth management with leading Public/ Private/ Foreign Banks/ Broking/ Security firms.
2. Experience as a Team Lead is preferred.

Age Limit: 28- 40 years as of 01.08.2021.

3. Customer Relationship Executive

Educational Qualification: Graduates from Government recognized universities or institutions.

Experience: Experience in documentation requirements of financial products and good communications skills would be desirable.

Age Limit- 20- 35 years as of 01.08.2021.

4. Investment Officer

Educational Qualification: Graduates/ Post Graduates from Government recognized universities or institutions.

Mandatory: Certification by NISM/CWM

Experience: Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience as an investment advisor/counselor/ part of the product team in a Wealth Management organization.

Age Limit: 28- 40 years as of 01.08.2021.

5. Central Research Team (Product Lead)

Educational Qualification: MBA/PGDM from recognized College/University or CA/CFA.

Preferred: NISM Investment Advisor/ Research Analyst Certificate/CFP( As of 01/08/2021).

Experience: Minimum 5 years post qualification experience in Equity Research/ Products experience in Wealth Management/ AMC (Mutual Funds)/ Banks.

Age Limit: 30- 45 years as of 01.08.2021.

6. Central research Team (Support)

Educational Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate in – Commerce/ Finance/ Economics/ Management/ Mathematics/ Statistics from Government recognized University or Institution.

Experience: Candidate should have post qualification experience of minimum 3 years work experience in financial services providing support to Research/ Publications departments.

Age Limit: 25- 35 years as of 01.08.2021.

7. Executive (Document Preservation-Archives)

Educational Qualification:

• M.A.(History) with one optional paper in Modern Indian History (Post 1750 period) from a recognized University OR
• M.A. in other streams of social Sciences i. e. Anthropology, Economics, Political Science, Sociology, Linguistics from recognized University OR
• M.Sc. in Applied/ Physical Sciences from a recognized University.

Professional Qualifications Certificate (Compulsory): Diploma Course in Archives and Records Management (At Professional Level) from National Archives of India.

Experience: Minimum one year experience in care and conservation of paper records or archives section of an organization/institution.

Age Limit: 30 years as of 01.10.2021.

8. Manager (Marketing) (MMGS-III)

Educational Qualification: Full-time MBA/ PGDBM or its equivalent with specialization in Marketing/ Finance from Institutes recognized/ approved by Govt. bodies/ AICTE/ UGC. Course completed through correspondence/part-time will not be eligible.

Experience: Minimum 5 years post qualification experience as an executive in supervisory/ management role in the field of marketing of digital and other financial products in a-

1. Scheduled Commercial Bank or
2.  Public sector or listed Financial Institution/ Company.

Age Limit: 40 years as of 01.07.2021.

9. Deputy Manager (Marketing)

Educational Qualification: Full-time MBA/ PGDBM or its equivalent with specialization in Marketing/ Finance from Institutes recognized/ approved by Govt. bodies/ AICTE/ UGC. Course completed through correspondence/part-time will not be eligible.

Experience: Minimum 2 years post qualification experience as an executive in supervisory/ management role in the field of marketing of digital and other financial products in a-
