SCERT Assam D.El.Ed Entrance Result 2017

The result of the Pre-Entry-Test (PET), 2017 conducted by SCERT, Assam on 28.5.2017 for admission into 2-year D.El.Ed. course for the session 2017-19 has been declared on 05-07-2017. Details of result and instructions for admission is available in http://www.scertassam.co.in. It will also be available with the Principals of DIET, Normal School, BTC and private TEIs. They are to take admission in allotted TEI on 10th, 11th and 12th July,2017. Selected candidates are to produce the relevant authenticated documents in original at the time of admission and submit the self attested photocopy of the same along with a recent passport size photo with signature to the Principal of the concerned TEI. Otherwise their candidature will be cancelled and candidates from waiting list will get the chance for admission. Waiting list will be published and available in the same website from 10 a.m. on 13th July, 2017. TEIs will notify in their office NOTICE BOARD regarding availability of seat if any on 13th July, 2017 and cand dates from waiting list will be admitted on 15th July, 2017.

Instruction to selected candidates for admission into 2-year D.EL.Ed. course,2017-19

1. Admission from Merit list will be held on 10th, 11th and 12th July,2017.Thereafter if any seat remains vacant then Principal of concerned TEI will issue notification on NOTICE BOARD on 13th July, 2017 indicating number of vacant seat/s.

2. Waiting list will be published and available in the same website from 10 a.m. on 13th July,2017

3. Selected candidates will have to produce for verification all relevant documents (PET admit card,Mark Sheet and Certificate of HSSLC or Degree whichever is applicable, Admit Card or Certificate of HSSLC or Certificate for proof of age, Certificate from PWD candidate if selected from the respective quota of reservation, document to proof that the he/she is youth of Assam, Caste certificate etc.) in original before the Principal of the concerned TEIs at the time of admission and submit the self attested photocopy of same along with 1 (one) recent passport size photograph with their signature.

4. In no case candidate selected for L.P. stage will be admitted for U.P. stage and vice versa.

5. Ask for MONEY RECEIPT against exact amount paid in connection with admission.(As mentioned in Prospectus for DIETS, Normal Schools and BTCs which is available in the website.)

6. Candidate who fails to submit original relevant documents will not be admitted.

7. Selected candidates seeking Admission will have to submit an undertaking to the principals of the concerned TEIs in Court fee paper of Rs 10/- as follows:—

“I do here by declared that I have not taken any admission in other courses except 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education ( D.EI.Ed.) Course,2017-19. The authority may cancel my candidature immediately with disciplinary action if anyone produce evidence of my engagement in any other courses or department in the same academic year”
