Board of Secondary Education, Assam (SEBA) has decided to take a call on the announcement of the HSLC / AHM results shortly after the lockdown has expired.

SEBA Chairman Ramesh Chandra Jain said that about 84 percent of the answer scripts were tested before the lockdown of 28 days. He also said that the unit test was canceled due to the coroner crisis.
The board plans to test the unit online by uploading a questionnaire to YouTube. Since March 25, the SEBA has arranged online classes for students in tenth grade through Eduid on YouTube.
Earlier, the SEBA planned to announce the Assam HSLC Result 2020 Result by May 15th.
For tenth-grade (Class 10th) students affected by the lock-down, chapter-based math and science classes are being run through YouTube. All unit tests have been canceled.
“Classes are being conducted through YouTube for the students who will appear Matriculation exam next year. We are providing Maths classes in English, Assamese and Bodo language. Science classes are also being conducted only in the English language, due to some translation issues. Every day, a chapter is uploaded on YouTube,” said Ramesh Chandra Jain, Chairman SEBA.
He added, “We have decided to cancel all unit tests and students will have to complete the assignments that will be given through YouTube. The assignments will be of 25 marks. Students must get it checked from their class teachers and that will be considered as unit tests. “
