Scale of pay: pay band-2 of Rs 5200.00 to 20200.00 pm(Revised) and Grad pay of Rs.2400.00+ other allowances as admissible from time to time.
Age limit: AGE: The age limit for recruitment to the above posts would be 18 to 45 years as on 01 01.2015.
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION : The minimum qualification for recruitment in the post of Sericulture Demonstrator is(a) HSLC Examination pass up to 1996-97 and HSSLC pass since 1997-98 and (b)1 (One) year certificate training in Sericulture from STI. Titabor.
PHYSICAL STANDARD : The candidate must be physically and mentally sound and free from any organic defects or body deformity likely to interfere with efficient performance for performing field duties and required to undergo medical examination before appointment.
HOW TO APPLY: The intending candidates may apply in the Standard Form as per IX of the Assam Gazette for application along with attested copies of qualification Certificates, age proof certificate, caste certificate and 3 (Three) No. recent passport size photograph. Guwahati- 22. written with” Application for the post of Sericulture Demonstrator” on the body of the envelope addressed and should reach on or before 9th Oct72015 by post only. A self addressed envelope affixing postal stamp of Rs.5/- should also be enclosed along with the application No. personally dropped application will be accepted. Merit cum Semonty will be considered as additional weightage. while selecting a candidate fulfilling all the above conditions.
The applicants whose applications are found correct in all respects may be communicated to appear in the interview, and appointment shall be considered from among the selected candidates subject to the conditions laid down in the Assam Sericulture Technical and Miscellaneous( Non- Gazetted) Service Rules. 2008 If selected candidates shall liable to be serve at any place of posting under the Directorate as decided by the Appointing authority.
