SSA Assam LP UP 2nd Provisional Merit List 2020 – Check Document Verification Schedule

+ The selected candidates of 2nd Provisional Merit Lists will have to verify their documents at State Level Documents Verification scheduled to be held at Srimanta Sankardev Kalakshetra (Gate No.3, Open Space, in front of Auditorium), Panjabari, Guwahati on specific date as uploaded in the official website of SSA,Assam (https://ssa.assam.gov.in).

+ The day wise lists of selected candidates for document verification are already uploaded in the official website of SSA, Assam (https://ssa.assam.gov.in).

+ Selected candidates of Provisional Merit Lists are requested to check their name for exact date of verification on which they have to verify their relevant original documents at Srimanta Sankardev Kalakshetra, Panjabari, Guwahati. Further all the selected candidates are requested to bring a set of photocopy of all relevant documents on the day of verification along with their original documents.

+ In case any selected candidate of 2nd Provisional Merit Lists is found to be absent in the State Level Documents Verification on scheduled date, time and venue, then his/her candidature will be summarily rejected without assigning any reason thereof and his/her candidature will not be considered for generation of Final Merit List. No claim/request will be entertained in this regard.

+ The 2nd Provisional Merit List is published subject to further verification/authentication of the documents of the candidates and subject to fulfillment of all other procedure. Publishing of names of the candidates in the 2nd Provisional Merit List does not confer any right to any candidate to get appointment as Assistant Teacher.

+ The authority reserves the right for further verification/authentication of any information pertaining to the eligibility criteria of any candidate. 2nd Provisional Merit List will automatically stand cancelled on publication of the Final Merit List.

+ All Covid-19 protocols (as stipulated by the government from time to time) should be maintained by all concerned.

Complaint/ Grievance Against SSA Assam 2nd Merit List

With respect to 2nd Provisional Merit List, candidates may submit their complaint/ grievance, if any, at State Mission Office of SSA, Assam at Kahilipara, Guwahati-19 in prescribed Format from 01.01.2021 to 02.01.2021 (Specific Format is uploaded in the official website). Complaint/ Grievance communicated through FAX, email, phone, postal communication etc. will not be entertained.
