🎯 Scheme of CHSL Examination 🎯

The Combined Higher Secondary Level (CHSL) Examination will be conducted in two tiers, as follows:

🔹 Tier-I (Computer Based Examination) 🔹

The Tier-I exam is the first stage of the SSC CHSL exam. Here’s what you need to know:

📝 Type of Questions: Tier-I will consist of Objective Type, Multiple choice questions. The questions will be set in English and Hindi for Part-II, III & IV.

❌ Negative Marking: Be cautious! There will be a negative marking of 0.50 for each wrong answer.

⏱️ Time Duration: You’ll have 60 minutes to complete the exam (80 minutes for candidates eligible for a scribe, as per Para-7.1 and 7.2 of the official notification).

🔄 Normalization: In case the exam is conducted in multiple shifts, the marks scored by candidates will be normalized using the formula published by the Commission (vide Notice No: 1-1/2018-P&P-I dated 07-02-2019). Normalized scores will be used to determine the final merit and cut-off marks.
