SSC CPO 2020 has been out. SSC CPO is conducted by SSC for Sub Inspector in Delhi Police, Sub Inspector in CAPFs, Assistant Sub Inspector in CISF, Inspector posts and Sub Inspector Posts. Now it requires Graduation for applying for the post and there are other eligibility criteria. We will discuss this in this article.
Now let me clear a point that SSC CPO and SSC CGL has a great deal of differences. And SSC CPO requires a bit of physical endurance to clear the exam.

SSC CPO has 4 level of examination to clear. The tier 1 and tier 2 is written. Here in PET you physical measurement and maintenance both will be tested. And medical test you certain medical examination will be done. Here is a chart on how the exam works.

SSC CPO: Tier 1 Exam Pattern and Syllabus
SSC CPO tier 1 has 200 questions and 2 hours. And the total marks is 200. It means each question consists of 1 makrs. Now there are four subjects. General Awareness, General intelligence or reasoning, English and comprehension and Quantitative Aptitude. Lets look at the chart to understand it better

SSC CPO: General intelligence and reasoning
In SSC CPO if you think any subject is easy then its reasoning. The level is quite descent. Lets look at the syllabus here

SSC CPO: Quantitative Aptitude
SSC CPO has good level of quantitative aptitude but not as high as CGL. But proper preparation is requires as it is often seen that students neglect Quant and get low marks. Here is the result

SSC CPO:PET and PST
Now the full form of PET is physical endurance test.
PST: Physical test
Now in SSC CPO you need to clear the PET and PST to to appear for tier 2 exam. Now PST is about you eligibility of you physical requirement that is given by SSC.
PET is the test that is conducted by ssc. Here you are given to different task like running, jumping ect.
NOTE: In PET there is no marks but in order to clear the exam give the tier 2 you need qualify for this.

SSC CPO:PET FULL DETAIL
Here in PET in order to qualify for the examination you need to qualify you need to complete task.
For Male Candidates
- 100 meters race in 16 seconds
- 1.6 meters race in 6.5 minutes
- Long Jump: 3.65 meters in 5 chances
- High Jump: 1.2 meters in 3 chances
- Short put 16 LBS: 4.5 meters in 3 chance
For Female Candidates
- 100-meter race in 18 second
- 800-meter race in 4 minutes
- Long Jump: 2.7 meters or 9 feet in 3 chances
- High Jump: 0.9 meters or 3 feet in 3 chance
