Candidates who submitted their online applications for the Multi Tasking Staff (Non-Technical Staff) Examination, 2022 between January 18 and February 24, 2023, will receive admit cards from the Staff Selection Commission of India. Scheme of MTS Examination

A computer-based test as well as a Physical Efficiency Test (PET) or Physical Standard Test (PST) will be part of the examination (only for the Havaldar position). The timetable of assessments demonstrated in the Notification is provisional. Any adjustment of the timetable of assessments will be educated to up-and-comers just through the site of the Commission. Re-evaluation and re-checking of scores will not be allowed. In this regard, no correspondence will be accepted.

Computer Based Examination

A computer-based exam will be administered by the commission to candidates who submit an application for the SSC MTS exam. The omputer Based Exam will be directed in two Sessions. Sessions I and II, both of which must be attempted, will be offered. Not endeavoring any Sessions will exclude the applicant.

Type of Questions: Multiple-choice objectives will be the format of the computer-based test. According to the information provided in Annexure XV, the questions for Session I and the General Awareness Section of Session II will be written in English, Hindi, and 13 regional languages.

Negative Marking: In Session I, there will be no negative marking; in Session II, each incorrect answer will receive one negative mark. As a result, candidates should keep this in mind when answering the questions.

Time Duration: Each Session will last 45 minutes. an hour for every meeting for the applicants qualified for recorders according to Para 8 of the authority notice).

Normalization: If the Computer Based Examination is administered over multiple shifts, candidates’ marks will be normalized using the Commission’s Notice No. The normalized scores from 1- 1/2018-P&P-I dated February 7, 2019, will be used to calculate final merit and cut-off scores.
