Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit:

Educational Qualification:

Candidates must meet the following educational requirements:

  1. Law Graduate: The candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Law (including Integrated Law Degree Course) from a recognized School/College/University in India and eligible for enrollment as an Advocate by the Bar Council of India.

  2. Candidates in Final Year: Candidates in the fifth year of a Five-Year Integrated Law Course or third year of a Three-Year Law Course after graduation in any stream are also eligible to apply. They must provide proof of completing their Law qualification before taking up the assignment.
  3. Skills Required:
