Qualification
- Degree in Law recognized by Bar Council of India, OR
- Member of English Bar, OR
- Attorney of High Court.
- Knowledge of Computer Operation is mandatory.

- 3 years practice as Advocate in High Court/Supreme Court.
- 3 years judicial post experience.
- 3 years legal research experience.
- 3 years as Law Reporter/Editorial Staff.
- 3 years as Lecturer in Law.
- 7 years service (incl. 4 years in Class-II Gazetted post) in SC/HC.
