Teacher Transfer Portal – Online Transfer & Posting Of Teacher: In a bid to improve the quality of Education and to maintain better Pupil Teacher Ratio (PTR) in the schools, Assam Government has started a Mutual Transfer Services Online for Teacher who has been working with the Education Department, Government of Assam & State Pool in Assam . In a bid to improve the quality of Education and to maintain better Pupil Teacher Ratio (PTR) in the schools, Education Department, Government of Assam has decided to change the usual process of transfer of teachers from offline to online. As a part of this process, the education department has launched an online portal called “Teacher Transfer Management System” aka TTMS.

Teachers who submitted their service profile between 22nd November to 17th December 2021 can submit their online application for mutual transfer through TTMS Portal w.e.f 16th February 2022. The last date to apply online is 31st March 2022.

Mutual Transfer Online Service in Assam:

Teachers who want to transfer their school location to second place with reciprocal conversations are called “interview for teachers”. And Assam Government has started an online application form for this process. This means that you can submit your mutual transfer form online through online. There is no need to carry the paper form. How To Apply For Mutual Transfer Via Online?

All category of Teachers of Govt./ Provincialized Schools of Assam starting from Lower Primary (LP) to Senior Secondary Schools (SS) who want to get them transferred to desired locations may now apply online . For this purpose, he/ she may now register and submit their service profile details in the TTMS portal within stipulated time period.

Only after submission of service profile details, they will be able to submit preference for transfer. Here is the basic steps one needs to follow for Online Teacher Transfer Application submission.

# Scroll down, go to Important Web-links section .

# Click on Submit Service Profile link .

# The official TTMS Portal will be displayed.

# Click on “Create Account” button .

# Enter required details – Name, Email id, Gender, DOB, Mobile number and select a password and submit button .

# Next again click on Submit Service Profile link and sign in to TTMS portal using Login button.

# There are two options for Mutual transfer–

Case-1: Teachers having Co-applicant can apply for mutual transfer by sharing Aadhaar No./ PAN No./ Teacher Code and Co-applicant has to give consent for mutual transfer.

Case-2: Teachers do not having co-applicant can apply for Mutual transfer asking for some co-applicant in three different options in order of preference.

# While applying for Mutual transfer the teacher category, medium of instruction and subject taught should match against an applicant (2nd option i.e. desired place) or co-applicant (Known teacher with whom mutual will be applied in consent).

# In 1st option either Aadhar No. or Teacher ID or PAN No. is to be shared for a known co-applicant with whom a Teacher wants to apply for Mutual Transfer subject to the condition that above criteria should match and co-applicant has already applied.

# At the end, save and submit your application.

Note: For those teachers who had joined before 3rd September, 2001, uploading of TET Mark sheet cum Certificate and OD. El. Ed. or B. Ed Mark sheet is not mandatory.
