Tender Notice for Divisional Forest Officer Nagaon Division, Nagaon: January 2023
Separate sealed tender (Group wise) affixing non-refundable court fee stamp of Rs. 8.25 (Rupees Eight & paisa twenty five) only are invited from Registered eligible Contractors/Firms for civil works under SOPD Scheme (Amenities to Staff and Labour) (2022-23) to be executed in the Nagaon Forest Division(T), Nagaon as mentioned below:-
The tender will be received from 12/01/2023 to 10/02/2023 up to 3.00 P.M. (IST) in the office of the Divisional Forest Officer, Nagaon Division, Nagaon and will be opened on 13/02/2023 at 2.00 PM (IST) in presence of the interested tenderers or their authorized representatives. In the event of any, holiday etc. the same will be received and opened on the next working day at the same time and venue.

The details of particulars of the work may be seen in the office of the undersigned during office hours and tender paper may be obtained from the office of the undersigned on any working days up to 4.00 PM on payment of Rs. 500/- (Each Group) through Demand Draft in favour of the Divisional Forest Officer, Nagaon Division for each NIT & Tender Paper, which is non refundable. The works are to be completed within 50 days from the date of issue of the final work order.
The acceptance of the tenders and issue of work order is subject to release of fund by the Govt. of Assam/Competent authority without thereby incurring any liabilities to the affected tenderers or any obligation to inform the affected tenderer on the grounds mentioned above.
The undersigned and higher authority reserves the right to accept or cancel any tender without assigning any reason thereof and does not bind himself to accept thelowest tender.
The undersigned reserves right to cancel the entire tender process without assigning any reason thereof at any time.
The work allotment order to the prospective/qualified bidder will only be issued after receipt of budget allocation for the authority.
