1️⃣ Quantitative Investigator
📝 Job Responsibilities:
- Translate and moderate research tools into Assamese.
- Conduct structured surveys using Kobo Toolbox.
- Data collection & entry.
- Daily data verification & correction.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (Preferably Social Sciences).
- Fluency in Assamese (Mandatory).
⭐ Desirable:
- Experience in at least 2 survey/field projects.
- Experience in rural settings.
- Willingness to travel/relocate temporarily.
🛠 Skills:
- Knowledge of Google Forms & Kobo Toolbox.
- Good communication & organisational skills.
2️⃣ Qualitative Investigator
📝 Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct interviews & group discussions.
- Record audio data.
- Transcription & translation.
- Prepare narrative reports & success stories.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria:
- Master’s Degree in Social Work or Social Sciences.
- Fluency in Assamese (Mandatory).
⭐ Desirable:
- Experience in field research projects.
- Rural fieldwork experience.
- Willing to travel/relocate.
🛠 Skills:
- Strong interviewing skills.
- Knowledge of transcription & thematic analysis.
