Position: Language Editor Consultant

Number of Positions: 1

Qualifications:

1. Post-graduation in English/Mass Communication/Health and Allied subjects.
2. Previous experience in editing work related to health topics.
3. Keen eye for detail and perfection.

Desirable Requirements:

1. Post-graduation degree in social sciences or related field with excellent English language skills.
2. 2-3 years of experience in manuscript writing, published papers in reputed journals, and editing peer-reviewed journals.
3. Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
4. Good working knowledge of MS Office or Google Docs.
5. Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Job Roles:

• Conduct English language editing of policy/technical briefs related to the project.
• Edit manuscripts for peer-reviewed publications, checking for grammar, technical errors, and content flow.
• Thorough proofreading of various documents as requested by the project head.

Remuneration:

Compensation will range from 1000 to 1200 per page, based on the level of editing required (medium to high). Payment will be issued upon submission of the edited document.
