NISG Experience –
- At least 12 years. With minimum 10 years experience. Experience in Data Center / Infrastructure Management and Knowledge of Data Center / No – IT Operations Management
- Experience in managing Tier III data center operations is desirable.
- Experience in monitoring data center/non-IT/infrastructure projects and using SLA management tools like DCIM, IBMS, and CA etc.
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational, multitasking and time-management skills

NISG Job Profile –
- Single point of contact for all infrastructure related issues as well as managerial responsibilities of operating a data center managed by a Data Center Service Provider (DCSP) and a Managed Service Provider (MSP).
- Should have practical experience in management of HVAC, Electrical Systems, UPS, Fire & Safety Equipment etc.
- To assist UIDAI in a strong business continuity and monitoring of disaster recovery process including inspection/monitoring plan/building plan, certification and data center approval etc.
- Define and manage all ITIL processes such as incident management, problem management, change management, release management and capacity management.
- Define requirements and plan project lifecycle deployment including resources and schedule and project implementation.
