1. Relationship Manager – Institutional Group
Location : Ahmedabad, Chennai
Requisites:
* Minimum Graduate, MBA would be desired
* At least 5 years work experience in raising liabilities from Institutional segment
* Institutional Segment includes, Government, Semi government bodies, Corporate, Trust, Association, Societies, Clubs, NGOs, section 25 companies etc.
* Better understanding of KYC and documentation complexities in this segment
* Presently working in this segment in that particular location
* Should be able to articulate his key achievements and his personal contribution in those.
* Aggressive in intent
* Self driven & self-motivated
* Patience is a virtue in this segment
* Should have lot of active contacts in this segment
2. Regional Sales Manager (Across Regions)
Location : Chennai, Mumbai, Pune and Ranchi
Requisites:
* Minimum Graduate
* Candidate currently working as Area Manager or Regional Manager.
* Experienced in handling liability acquisition state level leadership role for at least 3-5 years approx. and hence should have handled a fairly large team of Sales Managers and or a team of Area Managers
* Field oriented person , but should be able to track MIS and do course corrections as required
* Ability to quote instances of having driven sales achievements and his/her active role in the same
* Should have thorough understanding of expectations from own role , Area Manager role , Sales manager Role and Sales officer role
* Ability to develop business strategy (markets, locations, people, sales, agencies) and implement the same to meet business goals and should have aggressive sales approach.
* Self-driven with sense of ownership and regimented.
* High level of integrity and starvation for growth
3. Sales Manager – Liabilities (All Regions)

JOB SUMMARY :
*  Responsible for achieving business targets for open market liabilities (across all products)
* Ensure 100% conversion of existing borrowers for liabilities
* Guide the field staff for pitching liabilities products to existing customers
* Train branch staff/customers on: a) liabilities products, b) usage of alternate channels c) Cross-selling

JOB SUMMARY

* Acquire new customers for liabilities from open market

* Assist the field staff – unsecured loans for conversion of existing borrowing customers for liabilities
* Enhancement of the relationship with the existing customers by cross-selling products and services as per the profile & need of the customers
* Train/assist customers to use ATM and BCs; drive usage of alternate channels

5. Assistant Manager – Internet Banking
Department : Alternate Channels
Location : Bangalore
Job Objective :
* Responsible for the development, implementation, enhancement and support of the Ujjivan’s Retail Internet banking and Corporate Internet Banking products and services, third party products offering, look and feel, and customer experience.
* To increase the customer penetration by extending Internet banking services to new customer segments.
* Periodic release of banking features with focus on improving the end user’s banking experience
* Identify the requirement, conceptualize and design the user journey followed by testing and deployment
* Responsible for driving the Digital & Emerging payments product/business strategy for the bank
* To measure and analyse success of new features launched and suggest improvements based on the feedback received from customers
* To coordinate with internal stakeholders, including App developers, IT, Marketing, Customer Support, Compliance, & Risk during the entire product lifecycle
* To improve Quality, Usability, Customer Service and Operation Processes
Educational qualification and skills :
* Graduate / Postgraduate / any equivalent
* Minimum 2 year of experience in Retail and Corporate Internet Banking
* Knowledge of operating platforms, payment gateways and systems
* Knowledge of transaction flow, back end process
* Working knowledge of Internet Banking application
* Ability to convey benefits of internet banking and encourage usage
* Basic understanding of back end process
* Detailed knowledge of front end process

6. Cluster Branch Head
Job Location: Across India
Eligibility: Graduate with 6+ years of in-depth experience in sales, branch banking operations and customer service with a reputed bank with proven track record in liabilities, third party products and assets sales across customer segments. The desired candidates should have the ability to multitask and manage 3 to 5 bank branches in an urban/ rural environment. The candidate should be a good team player, collaborate with various verticals and functions and have the ability to lead branch teams to meet organizational goals and sales targets. Candidates are also required to have a thorough understanding of the regulatory framework with a strong risk and compliance orientation.
7. Cluster Branch Operations Manager
Job Location: Across India
Eligibility: Graduate with minimum 4+ years of experience in branch banking operations having worked recently for at least 2 years as branch operations manager with a reputed bank. The desired candidate should have experience in customer centric banking operations and should be well versed in Finacle Core Banking System. The role will be responsible for managing branch operations of 4 to 5 branches, including coordination with both front-end & back-end operations teams and support functions for ensuring smooth service delivery to customers.
