Job Description

As a Financial Inclusion Officer (FIO – Microbanking) at Ujjivan Small Finance Bank, you will be at the forefront of driving business growth, acquiring new customers, and ensuring the satisfaction of existing ones. Your responsibilities encompass a diverse range of tasks, all aimed at enhancing the reach and impact of our Deposit Products, Digital Channels, and Third-Party Insurance offerings. Here’s a breakdown of your key duties:

1. Customer Acquisition: Your role involves both cross-selling to our valued existing customers and the acquisition of new ones. You will achieve this through referrals and by leveraging the concept of family banking.
2. Savings and Term Deposits: You will be responsible for introducing and onboarding customers to our Savings Accounts and Term Deposit products. This includes not only the customers themselves but also their family members and references.
3. Digital Platforms: In an era where digitalization is paramount, you will play a crucial part in onboarding customers onto our digital platforms. This includes Mobile Banking, UPl, and UPI QR codes.
4. Customer Service Excellence: Providing swift and efficient customer service is at the core of this role. You will be readily accessible to customers at all times, addressing their queries related to Digital Banking and Deposit Products.

To excel in this role, we require you to have at least a Graduation degree. Your educational background will provide you with the foundation needed to understand and navigate the world of finance.

Experience

While we value experience, we also welcome fresh talent. If you are a fresher with no prior work experience, you can still apply for this role, provided you are under 28 years old. For those with experience, we consider up to 2 years in Sales.
