(A) For Admission to Indian Military Academy, Indian Naval Academy, and Air Force Academy:

The written exam consists of three papers, i.e., English, General Knowledge, and Elementary Mathematics, with a duration of 2 hours each. Each paper carries a maximum of 100 marks.

  • English: The paper is designed to test the candidates’ understanding of the English language, including grammar, vocabulary, and comprehension skills.
  • General Knowledge: The paper covers various topics, including current affairs, history, geography, economics, and defense-related matters.
  • Elementary Mathematics: The paper covers topics such as arithmetic, algebra, geometry, and trigonometry.

(B) For Admission to Officers’ Training Academy:

The written exam consists of two papers, i.e., English and General Knowledge, with a duration of 2 hours each. Each paper carries a maximum of 100 marks.

  • English: The paper is designed to test the candidates’ understanding of the English language, including grammar, vocabulary, and comprehension skills.
  • General Knowledge: The paper covers various topics, including current affairs, history, geography, economics, and defense-related matters.
