A) Channel Manager:

Job Responsibilities:

As a Channel Manager at Vivo Mobile Company, your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Team Management: Effectively manage and lead a team of channel sales representatives.
  2. Channel Management: Oversee the operations and performance of various distribution channels.
  3. Daily Work Summary: Ensure product availability and stock management in outlets, conduct daily meetings regarding channel activities, etc.
  4. Market Hygiene & Infiltration: Implement strategies to maintain market cleanliness and minimize unauthorized sales channels.
  5. RDS & Retailer Scheme Management: Plan and execute monthly and special schemes for retailers and Regional Distribution Systems (RDS).
  6. National Key Accounts: Foster relationships with national key accounts and manage their requirements effectively.
  7. Affordability: Develop strategies to enhance affordability of Vivo products in the market.
  8. Non-Club Non-Promoter Outlet Micro-Distributor Management: Manage micro-distributors associated with non-club and non-promoter outlets.
  9. Prepare Channel Strategy: Develop a comprehensive channel strategy to drive sales and market penetration.
  10. Project Work: Contribute to special projects and initiatives as assigned.

B) Sales Key Account Manager:


To be considered for the Sales Key Account Manager position at Vivo Mobile Company, you should meet the following criteria:

  1. Base Location: Guwahati HO (with included travel requirements).
  2. Qualification: Preferably technical graduates with a background in Computer Applications or Mobile Technology.
  3. Experience: A maximum of 5-8 years of relevant experience, preferably in a similar industry.
  4. Skills: Proficiency in advanced Excel, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and previous experience in team handling.
