Vacancy Details and Eligibility Criteria
Ajanta Pharma is hiring for various departments. Candidates must ensure they meet the specific qualification and experience requirements for the respective posts.
1. Manufacturing & Packing – Associate / Operator
- Qualification: 10th, 12th + ITI / Diploma / D. Pharm (Mandatory).
- Experience: 2 to 10 Years.
- Skills Required: Hands-on experience in OSD Manufacturing (Granulation, Pellet coating, Compression, Coating, Capsules). Knowledge of Primary Packing (Blister, Sachet Filling) and Secondary Packing (Cartonator & Labeling).
2. Manufacturing & Packing – Sr. Officer / Officer
- Qualification: B. Pharm / M. Pharm.
- Experience: 2 to 8 Years.
- Skills Required: Supervision and operation of OSD Manufacturing (Granulation, Compression, Coating, Pellet coating, Capsule filling) and Primary/Secondary Packing lines.
3. Production (MES PAS/X) – Sr. Officer / Officer
- Qualification: B. Pharm / M. Pharm / B.E.
- Experience: 2 to 8 Years.
- Skills Required: Expertise in MBR designing, troubleshooting in MES (PAS/X), exposure to PCS elements, Alias preparation, and equipment integration.
4. Quality Control – Sr. Officer / Officer
- Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc / B. Pharm / M. Pharm.
- Experience: 2 to 8 Years.
- Skills Required: Analysis of Solid Oral dosage forms (Finished Products, Raw Materials, In-process, or Stability), Analytical Method Validation (AMV), PMQC, and Dissolution testing.
5. Stores (Warehouse) – Sr. Officer / Officer / Associate
- Qualification: Any Graduate (For Associate level: ITI / D. Pharm).
- Experience: 4 to 10 Years.
- Skills Required: Handling Raw Material (RM) & Packing Material (PM), experience in the Finished Goods (FG) section. Must be currently working in Pharma Formulation.
6. Maintenance – Sr. Officer / Officer / Assistant
- Qualification: B.E. (Electrical) / ITI (Electrical/RFM).
- Experience: 3 to 10 Years.
- Skills Required: Maintenance of Manufacturing & Packing equipment (Granulation, Coating, Blister machines, etc.). Familiarity with GMP documentation is essential.
