1. Name of post : General Manager (Procurement, IT, Logistic & Quality Control)

Salary : Rs. 80,000/- per month

Essential Qualification:

Educational : Master Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma (Minimum 2 Years duration) in any discipline from Govt. recognized institution. (Educational qualification may be relaxed for candidates having more than 15 years of experience in Procurement in management position)

Experience : 15 years’ experience in Procurement preferably in Government or semi-Government organization or Public Sector Unit or Commercial organization of repute in management position.

IT Skills: The candidate shall be proficient in the use of Internet based applications, Office Package (MS- Word, MS-Excel, MS-Power Point) and other related applications.

Age : Up to 65 years as on 1st January 2022.

Desirable :

i. Candidates having PDPP or CPPP from World Bank will be preferred.

ii. Candidates with hands-on experience of e-procurement/ GEM/ e-tender in Govt. are preferred.

iii. Working Experience in Heath Sector related Organizations or Departments is preferred although not compulsory.

iv. Working experience in logistics management organizations, preferably in biomedical equipment, drugs and consumables, etc. or similar is desirable.

v. Candidates shall have knowledge on various the GFR, CVC Guidelines, as well as the State specific Procurement Acts & Rules.

vi. Experience in preparing Bidding documents for procurement of goods, preferably related to drug, medical equipment

2. Name of post : Senior Manager, IT & Logistic

No. of posts : 1

Salary : Rs. 55,000-65,000/- per month

Essential:

• MBA in IT/ MCA/ M.Sc. IT from Govt. recognized institute.
• 
  5 years of working experience at managerial level in IT/ Logistics related organization.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Data analysis, Data interpretation & Data presentation using IT tools.

Age : Up to 45 years as on 1st January 2022.

Desirable :

• 5 years of working experience in logistics/ Inventory Management/ IT tools / software.
• Worked at manager level in Procurement in health institutions/ hospitals.
• Software development using open Source Technology, Programming.
• 10 years working experience at managerial level.
