Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates must hold a degree from a recognized University. Possession of a degree or diploma in Labor Welfare / Social Science, recognized by the Government of Assam, is essential. Proficiency in Assamese and Hindi languages is required. Experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience for Grade-E0 level and 7 years for Grade-E1 level.

Pay Scale:

✅Grade E0: Rs. 30,000 – 120,000
Or
✅Grade E1: Rs. 40,000 – 140,000

Age Limit: Maximum 32 years for Grade E0 and 36 years for Grade E1

Responsibilities of Welfare Officers:

1. Implementation of Labor Laws and Welfare Activities Ensure compliance with labor laws and execute welfare initiatives for the well-being of employees.
