Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must fulfill the educational and experience requirements mandated by ASACS guidelines.
1. Counsellor
- Essential Qualification:
- Post-Graduate degree in Psychology or Social Work (Regular Course).
- OR: Graduate in Psychology or Social Work with minimum 2 years of work experience in counseling or TI projects/Adolescent Health/Mental Health/Substance Abuse/Drug Dependence programs.
- Key Skills: Strong communication and counseling skills are essential.
2. Outreach Worker (ORW)
- Essential Qualification: 12th Pass (HSSLC) in any stream.
- Experience: Preference will be given to candidates with 1 year of experience in Health, HIV/AIDS, Livelihood, or Development programmes.
- Skills: Ability to work in the field and engage with the community.
