Educational Qualification

To be eligible for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• Full-time BBA/ MBA/MSW/PGDBM with a specialization in Social Welfare, Labour Welfare, or Human Resource Development from a recognized university.
• All qualifications must be from a recognized University, Deemed University, or an AICTE-approved Autonomous Institution of repute.
• Proficiency in computer skills (Microsoft Office, DTP skills in Assamese/English) is mandatory.

Experience

Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of relevant post-qualification experience in Public Sector Undertakings (PSU) or large private sector industries. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in:

• Core Labour Welfare Activities
• Acting as a mediator between management and labour
• Handling labour unions, wages, and benefits

Pay Scale

The selected candidate will receive a pay scale ranging from Rs. 8,000 to Rs. 35,000 with a grade pay of Rs. 5,100. The total emolument will be approximately Rs. 25,000+ per month, along with other allowances and facilities as admissible.

Age Limit

The maximum age limit for applicants is 38 years.
