Mukhyamantri Mahila Udyamita Abhiyan Assam 2024: Application Form, Eligibility, Amount, and Benefits

About Assam Mukhyamantri Mahila Udyamita Abhiyan 2024:

The Mukhyamantri Mahila Udyamita Abhiyan aims to empower 40 lakh women Self-Help Group (SHG) members in rural areas to become micro-entrepreneurs, known as Lakhpati Baideos, with an annual income target of Rs. 1 lakh per member.

Application Form:

1. Application forms will be available free of cost at the nearest Panchayat Office.
2. Forms must be collected on specified dates, and no photocopies will be accepted.
3. Submission of two Sankalp Patras, affirming the enrollment of female children in school, with specific restrictions on the number of children.

Eligibility Criteria:

1. General and OBC beneficiaries should not have more than 3 children; SC/ST/Moran/Matak/Tea-tribes’ beneficiaries should not have more than 4 children.
2. SHG members with girl children must enroll them in school.
3. Trees planted under the Amrit Brikshya Andolan should be thriving.
4. Submission of a business plan supported by the government to access the grant.

Benefits:

1. Rs. 10,000 to each member in the first year upon meeting eligibility criteria.
2. Rs. 12,500 from the government and Rs. 12,500 from the bank in the next 2 years (total Rs. 25,000).
3. The bank loan must be repaid, while government support is non-refundable.
4. Rs. 35,000 distributed over 3 years to every eligible woman, supporting their journey to become Lakhpati Baideo.

Amount Distribution:

1. 1st year: Government provides an initial amount of Rs. 10,000.
2. 2nd year: Government offers Rs. 12,500, and the bank provides a loan of Rs. 12,500 to beneficiaries.
3. The bank loan is repayable by the beneficiary, while government support is non-refundable.

CM Himanta Biswa Sarma on MMUA Scheme:

Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma outlined the eligibility criteria based on the number of children and emphasized the importance of enrolling school-going girl children. The CM mentioned that 39 lakh women in rural areas and 3 lakh women in urban areas are part of SHGs, and the state cabinet has approved the launch of the scheme. The CM highlighted that the annual income of 7 lakh women in self-help groups has already increased to Rs. 1 lakh.

This initiative aims to uplift women in rural areas by providing financial support and encouraging entrepreneurship, ultimately contributing to their economic empowerment.

মুখ্যমন্ত্ৰী মহিলা উদ্যমিতা অভিযানৰ লক্ষ্য হৈছে গ্ৰামাঞ্চলৰ ৪০ লাখ মহিলা আত্মসহায়ক গোটৰ সদস্যক লক্ষপতি বাইদেউ নামেৰে পৰিচিত ক্ষুদ্ৰ উদ্যোগী হ’বলৈ সৱলীকৰণ কৰা আৰু বাৰ্ষিক আয়ৰ লক্ষ্য ৫০ লাখ টকা। প্ৰতিজন সদস্যৰ বাবে ১ লাখ টকা।

আবেদন প্ৰ-পত্ৰ:

1. নিকটৱৰ্তী পঞ্চায়ত কাৰ্যালয়ত বিনামূলীয়াকৈ আৱেদন প্ৰ-পত্ৰ পোৱা যাব।
2. নিৰ্দিষ্ট তাৰিখত প্ৰ-পত্ৰ সংগ্ৰহ কৰিব লাগিব, আৰু কোনো ধৰণৰ ফটোকপি গ্ৰহণ কৰা নহ’ব।
3. বিদ্যালয়ত মহিলা শিশুৰ নামভৰ্তিৰ কথা দৃঢ়তাৰে দুখন সংকল্প পাত দাখিল কৰা, শিশুৰ সংখ্যাৰ ওপৰত নিৰ্দিষ্ট নিষেধাজ্ঞা।

যোগ্যতাৰ মাপকাঠী:

1. সাধাৰণ আৰু অ’বিচি হিতাধিকাৰীৰ ৩টাতকৈ অধিক সন্তান হ’ব নালাগে; অনুসূচিত জাতি/অনুসূচিত জাতি/মৰাণ/মটক/চাহ-জনজাতি’ হিতাধিকাৰীসকলৰ ৪টাতকৈ অধিক সন্তান জন্ম হ’ব নালাগে।
2. কন্যা সন্তান থকা SHG সদস্যসকলে তেওঁলোকক স্কুলত নামভৰ্তি কৰিব লাগিব।
3. অমৃত বৃক্ষ আন্দোলনৰ তলত ৰোপণ কৰা গছবোৰ ফুলি উঠা উচিত।
4. অনুদান লাভ কৰিবলৈ চৰকাৰৰ সমৰ্থিত ব্যৱসায়িক পৰিকল্পনা দাখিল কৰা।

লাভসমূহ:

1. ৫০ টকা। যোগ্যতাৰ মাপকাঠী পূৰণ কৰাৰ পিছত প্ৰথম বছৰত প্ৰতিজন সদস্যক ১০,০০০ টকা দিব।
2. ৫০ টকা। চৰকাৰৰ পৰা ১২,৫০০ টকা আৰু ৫০ লাখ টকা। অহা ২ বছৰত বেংকৰ পৰা ১২,৫০০ টকা (মুঠ ২৫,০০০ টকা)।
3. বেংকৰ ঋণ পৰিশোধ কৰিব লাগিব, আনহাতে চৰকাৰী সহায় ঘূৰাই দিব নোৱাৰি।
4. ৫০ টকা। লখপতি বাইদেউ হোৱাৰ যাত্ৰাত সহায় কৰি প্ৰতিগৰাকী যোগ্য মহিলাক ৩ বছৰৰ ভিতৰত ৩৫,০০০ টকা বিতৰণ কৰা হয়।

পৰিমাণ বিতৰণ:

1. ১ম বৰ্ষ: চৰকাৰে প্ৰাৰম্ভিক পৰিমাণৰ ৫০ লাখ টকা প্ৰদান কৰে। ১০ হাজাৰ টকা।
2. ২য় বৰ্ষ: চৰকাৰৰ প্ৰস্তাৱ ৫০ লাখ টকা। ১২,৫০০ টকা, আৰু বেংকে ৫০ লাখ টকাৰ ঋণ প্ৰদান কৰে। হিতাধিকাৰীক ১২,৫০০ টকা।
3. বেংকৰ ঋণ হিতাধিকাৰীয়ে পৰিশোধ কৰিব লাগিব, আনহাতে চৰকাৰী সহায় ঘূৰাই দিব নোৱাৰিব।

মুখ্যমন্ত্ৰী হিমন্ত বিশ্ব শৰ্মাই শিশুৰ সংখ্যাৰ ওপৰত ভিত্তি কৰি যোগ্যতাৰ মাপকাঠী ৰূপৰেখা দাঙি ধৰে আৰু স্কুললৈ যোৱা কন্যা শিশুৰ নামভৰ্তিৰ গুৰুত্বৰ ওপৰত গুৰুত্ব আৰোপ কৰে। মুখ্যমন্ত্ৰী সৰ্বানন্দ সোণোৱালে গ্ৰামাঞ্চলৰ ৩৯ লাখ মহিলা আৰু চহৰ অঞ্চলৰ ৩ লাখ মহিলা এছ এইচ জিৰ অংশ বুলি উল্লেখ কৰি ৰাজ্যৰ কেবিনেটে এই আঁচনিখন আৰম্ভ কৰিবলৈ অনুমোদন জনাইছে। মুখ্যমন্ত্ৰীয়ে আলোকপাত কৰে যে আত্মসহায়ক গোটত ৭ লাখ মহিলাৰ বাৰ্ষিক আয় ইতিমধ্যে ৫০ লাখ টকালৈ বৃদ্ধি পাইছে। ১ লাখ টকা।
