1. 📚 Academic Registrar: A Gateway to Educational Administration 🎓
Essential Qualifications:
✅ Post-Graduate degree with minimum 55% marks or equivalent in the CGPA scale.
✅ 15 years of experience as an Assistant Professor in Academic Level 11 and above or 8 years of service in Academic Level 12 and above, including experience as an Associate Professor.
✅ Comparable experience in research establishments and/or higher education institutions.
✅ 15 years of administrative experience, including 8 years in the position of Deputy Registrar or an equivalent post.

Desirable Qualifications:
🌟 Experience in Academic affairs of a University, including syllabi creation and PhD regulations.
🌟 Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with students, teachers, staff, the public, and the media at all levels.
🌟 PhD degree (preferred).
🕒 Age Limit: Below 55 years of age as of 1st July 2023.
2. 📚 Librarian: An Opportunity to Shape the Future of Libraries 📚
Essential Qualifications:
✅ Master’s Degree in Library Science, Information Science, or Documentation Science with minimum 55% marks or equivalent grade.
✅ 10 years of experience as a Librarian in a University Library or 10 years of teaching as an Assistant/Associate Professor in Library Science or 10 years of experience as a College Librarian.
✅ Evidence of innovative library services, including ICT integration.
✅ Ph.D. Degree in library science, information science, documentation, archives, or manuscript-keeping.
Preferable Qualifications:
🌟 Proficiency in English and Assamese.
🌟 Good command over contemporary Library management procedures and handling of institute Libraries.
🌟 Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
🕒 Age Limit: Below 55 years of age as of 1st July 2023.
